Terms and Conditions

1. All classes to be paid in full on booking to secure your place.

Once confirmed this is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If for any reason we have to change or cancel a class a transfer to an alternative date will be offered.

Class dates may be subject to change, notice will be given as soon as possible.

In unlikely circumstances we reserve the right to alter tutors, vary or cancel a course and accept no liability if the course does not take place.

2. Due to demand on the courses we cannot accommodate changes for holidays and illness. However, if you miss a class we will give you any notes and advice you need at your next class so you can catch up. 

3. If you want to join us part way through a term course you will only pay for the remainder of the classes.

4. Students attending classes will be given the opportunity before the end of term to book the same space for the following term.

Any spaces not booked and paid for by the last day of term will be open to new students.

5. If your chosen course is fully booked we will add you to the reserve list and contact you if a space becomes available.

6. Sewing machines can be made available but are limited so please ask on booking.

7. Rotary equipment will be used in all patchwork classes, boards are available, cutters, rulers and scissors etc. are not supplied due to health and safety.
